Puffco Plus

Shipping was a little longer than other reviews had stated. Once my puffco finally came in, unfortunately the chamber was broken. Obviously doesn’t happen with every purchase but they were very quick in shipping me a replacement part and I only had to wait a few days rather than a couple weeks. Now I am extremely happy with my purchase, this is a very reliable and helpful website as they carry stuff such as the puffco plus that is out of order on puffcos website. They also have terrific customer service. My only complaint is in the product itself. I feel like I have to be too delicate with the device, and that’s just not ideal for taking it to outdoor events but has been working just fine since replacement part comes in. I recommend anyone getting on of these be very careful AS you’re cleaning, clean every 2-3 uses, only put a small amount of wax in it, and avoid dropping it/areas with water
