Sezzle is a payment option that allows you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments over six weeks. Simply select Sezzle at checkout, create an account, and enter your payment information. Sezzle will automatically charge your card every two weeks for the remaining balance. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has been processed and shipped. Please be advised there is a 7% restocking fee for cancellations requested more than 24 hours from the time the order is submitted.

We can ship all smoking accessories, non-hemp products, and other eligible items to all 50 states within the United States.

We offer free Economy shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.

We currently do not offer a pick-up option for orders. All orders must be shipped via our standard ground shipping or expedited shipping options.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to initiate a return.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used merchandise, unless they are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
Yes, you may exchange your item for a different product of equal or lesser value. If the new item costs more, we will charge you the difference
