The product is great. Works great and really burns your dabs at a perfect temperature to maximize your hit to the fullest. Boom provided impeccable customer service. I ordered mine and then quickly realized I was going out of town a few days later and wanted to take the PuffCo with me so I emailed them about it and asked if they could get it to me by the end of that week and that got it to me one day earlier than I thought.
